1) What all do you do? 1) Please see the Our Services page, which describes in detail everything we can do to take care of you and your computers.
2) Who are you? 2) Please see the About KLBG page to learn about us.
3) Do you fix computers?
3) Yes—up to a point. We can take care of any problem short of, for example, a damaged motherboard or power supply. If it's a software or Windows problem, a bad hard drive or a memory problem, we can fix it.
4) It's 9:00pm and my computer is not working, and it needs to be working by 8:00am tomorrow! Can you help? 4) Yes! We provide after-hours and weekend support, but at a premium rate. Contact us at any hour for time-critical service.
5) Will you work on my computer at home?
5) Yes! We will gladly come to your home to diagnose and repair most computer problems you may have. We also do home networking and any other problem you may have, as if it were in an office.

6) What do you charge?
6) Please call or email us to get the most up-to-date information on our hourly rates. If we're not in the office, we're probably on a job, so leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.
7) Do you give volume discounts? 7) Yes—negotiated rates are available for a guaranteed minimum number of service hours per month. Please contact us for for details.
8) Will you come to my officeto fix my computer? 8) Yes!  Please contact us for more details.
9) Do you sell computers?
9) No. The margins on computers from the major manufacturers (Dell, Apple, HP, Gateway, Sony, etc) are too slim and quality too good for us to compete with them. But as part of your consultation, we can recommend the right system for you, at the best possible price we know of.
10) Do you sell software? 10) No. As in the previous question, there are other stores that do a better job at selling software than we can. We will point you to the best deals we know of as part of your consultation. Our strengths are advising you on the best results for your needs, and knowing where to get the best prices on these hardware and software systems.
11) What about Macs? 11) We are very familiar with Apple. If you would like to investigate the benefits of owning a Mac, or need assistance with your Mac, please call us to take advantage of our expertise

12) My computer is still under warranty—should I call you or the manufacturer? 12) It depends. While you can get things resolved with the manufacturer and your computer working again at no monetary cost to you, you may spend hours on the phone with their tech support, and days waiting for replacement parts to arrive (where often you need to install them yourself). If this is still cost-effective for you to have your system down for these hours or days, then by al means, do it yourself. If, however, you cannot afford to wait for all this, call us and we will gets things taken care of probably faster than your manufacturer would.
